Dean Cowie Memorial Litany stool 1900

The Morning Post of 27 July 1900 mentioned this work.

The scheme for the memorial of Dean Cowie in St. Lawrence Jewry has undergone some alteration.  As the funds necessary to introduce the electric light into the church are not sufficient, it has been decided by the committee that a carved oak litany stool shall be placed in the church with a suitable inscription.  Mr. Fellowes Prynne has been asked to design the stool.
