VERYAN, Cornwall – St Symphorian.
Brief details of a faculty petition lodged in the on-line records of the Cornwall Record Office – Kresen Kernow – show that plans were presented for the proposed restoration of the Tribe Memorial Chapel at the east end of the north aisle, and other alterations including parclose screens and panelling. All the designs and plans are by George Fellowes Prynne.
At present this is a mystery, as the date given for the document is 12 May 1934.
